Our plumbing was backed up so we called them and they came out later that day which was great. Nice guys, set up an appointment the next morning to come fix it because it was supposed to be a 4-5 hour job. He verified my husbands contact information, made up an invoice and sent a copy to us. The next morning my husband leaves work to meet them at the house and give them the deposit, an hour later still no show no call. I get home after my husbands already left and wait. Nothing. We called, text, and left a voicemail and received no response or explanation as to why they didn't show up. Unprofessional and rude, I will not call or recommend them again.
