Carpets looked very nice when they got done , however, it took them entirely took long and I caught one of the employees in my personal bathroom without my permission after the door was closed. I had let the owner know because I am on medication & I don’t like people in my personal bathroom because of these reasons , I just told him for professional reasons, they should ask next time. The owner was very rude, yelled at a guest who was in my home and was very sarcastic about the situation. My husband was very upset this happened. We will not be calling them again.
