GameStop Prestige at 1335 Western Boulevard, Jacksonville, North Carolina.

My experience at gamestop was completely unsatisfactory. I have been coming to this gamestop since I was a kid and all my visits have been absolutely awesome, the staff was just incredible with helping me. But, I reserved the game dying light over a year ago. And ever since then it's been pushed back over and over again. Later on I received a call from gamestop informing me that dying light has been completely taken off the PS3 console, and that I could come back in and receive a refund or transfer to a different console. I went in and spoke to a gentleman that told me I would not be able to receive a full refund if I didn't have the receipt. Keep in mind it has been well over a year and that receipt is the last thing on my list. The employee told me he could give a store credit or he could transfer the funds to a new game. So I tried to make up my mind as to what I should preorder. What made me very unhappy and the reason why I will not be returning to this gamestop is because the employee began to rush me and said that I need to make a decision. Very disappointed in my visit to this gamestop.
