Purchased Heat Pump and Air Handler replacement. We went with the company with the best quote, not the most impressive trucks or website. The installers (Mike and Travis) arrived on time. They were friendly and helpful in explaining things. They went about their business, with Mike working on replacing the condenser outside and Travis working on the Air Handler in the storage room. At the end, the installation looked clean and professionally done. The unit, at least on AC, is working great. Will check the heat on a cold day.

Contractors were unprofessional and lacked morals and ethics. They had damaged our wall, cussed continuously in front of my two small children, left a mess when they left and dumped a heart monitor on the floor and damaged food while pushing dining set back into place. They then lied to cover their tracks.
