If i could give lower than a 1 star i would. Had nothing but problems ever sense i bought a car from here. First every time i started the car the trunk would open. They did fix it for free, but this car shouldn't have been sold with this problem. The sales rep played it off as he was getting something out of the trunk when i test drove the car. Next i paid for a spare key, well low and behold it was the wrong key! Another dealership helped me with this problem. Last and probably the biggest issue was them keeping their word. i bought this car and was told i had a BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty on this car. On my way to drop my car off by a family member the inner shield liner broke off and hit my tire almost causing me to crash. I was driving at highway speeds when this happened. No big deal i have that warranty right? WRONG come to find out when i dropped the car off it would end up costing me 288 dollars for a 40 dollar part. Well i called to see if there was a confusion with this issue because i had a warranty and it was covered throughout the united states. well come to learn no i don't they lied to me. Also the other dealership tried to contact them about resolving this issue. Instead of trying to honor what they said. They never even talked to the other dealership. lucky the other dealership helped me out ALOT. They fixed my car and gave me the correct key for a way cheaper price after they realized Stevenson wouldn't answer. they brought the price down for me to make it easier. So my wrap up on Stevenson Hyundai. The one reason to shop there for the warranty is a lie. Also they are just looking to cash grab from you. Wont honor what they even advertise. If you are looking for a car i would advise taking your money somewhere else. You may actually get a warranty and the car will be in better shape. lost my business.
